Welcome to the Ceunant Mountaineering Club, Birmingham. We are a long established club, numbering about 150 members, a mixture of all sorts from the nearly dead to the hyper-active, from the hairy Big Range types to rockers, mountaineers, icemen, sports climbers, skiers, ski tourers.

The Outdoor Meets Programme is designed to cater for at least part of this disparate crowd, with good climbing and walking at each venue. In addition there is much individual activity with members heading out in all directions.

New members are very welcome. Ask around – you will be shown the ropes in time honoured fashion if need be.

We meet every Wednesday from 9.30pm at the The Spotted Dog, Alcester Street, Birmingham, 5 minutes from the Rockface.
